SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. With exception of damaged items, all sales are made final once goods are received. If goods are damaged, please do send a photo with the damaged good to us at sales@nioar.com with the subject line: DAMAGED, and include your order number. Please note, for lashes, discrepancies may occur, so if the lashes differ from one another in regards to hair assignment, they are handmade and this does not constitute damaged items. Damages from shipping will need to be reviewed and we cannot guarantee this will resort to replacement of product.

 

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is because we work around the clock to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.

 

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that all contact lenses will be shipped free of any manufacturer defects and will be packaged and sealed in the manufacturer’s original sterile vials and box. Lenses from all manufacturers may vary in opacity and colour from time to time and Nioar cannot guarantee that the opacity of the lenses will not change in time or between the manufacturers’ manufacturing cycles or lot numbers.

 

Shipping*

We can ship to any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All of our shipping options include tracking and ship within 24 hours except for pre-order items which may take up to 3-4 weeks for dispatch.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

To avoid unexpected customs fees or duties, check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies. Nioar is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department. The shipment time may change according to various circumstances that are beyond the control of Nioar, and you are required to check the status of your shipment(s) by using the tracking number(s) provided. Nioar will not be responsible and will not be required to pay any payment or refund a payment, that will be required to be paid by you as a result of any delay or problem with the customs department in the shipment’s destination country and/or any other problem that may occur during or after the shipment has reached its destination and any delay before the shipment has reached its destination. Nioar will not be liable in any way to any kind of custom tax payments that the customer was required to pay in order to receive the shipment when it arrives to its destination. Nioar can not control or take into account custom tax regulations in various countries all over the world and as a result the customer is responsible for any custom tax payments, or any other payments, as required according to the regulations of the relevant authorities in the destination of the shipment.

 

Refused/Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not received or collected within 7 days, we cannot issue a refund unless the package returns back to Nioar. Once the package is returned, a handling fee of US$30 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover our cost of shipping, return and administrative fees.
